EASTHAM BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Minutes of November 16, 2012 Meeting
Chairman Sette called the meeting of the Board of Assessors to order at 9:00 a.m. in the Small Meeting Room.
Present: Assessors Sette, Fagan, Cahill, and Buffington, Deputy Assessor Gail McAleer, and Field Appraiser/Data Collector Bruce Cabral.
NEW BUSINESS:
Gail McAleer discussed plans for the upcoming FY14 revaluation.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Doreen Cahill made a motion to convene Executive Session per M.G.L. c.30A, Sec. 21 to discuss and vote on FY13 abatements and exemptions.
Joanna Buffington seconded.
Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive Session at 9:15 a.m.
Cahill-yes, Fagan-yes, Sette-yes, Buffington-yes
The Board exited Executive Session at 10:30 a.m.
The meeting adjourned at 10:40 a.m.
